Scenario
A project board is ready for delivery. You need a polished export and a safety net before archiving lists.
Steps
- Snapshot the board with Card Vault+.
- Export deliverables with Board Export+ — PDF for stakeholders, CSV for systems.
- Review filenames, field selection, and excluded internal lists.
- Archive completed lists in Trello after the export is accepted.
- Store export files in your team repository with the date and board name.
Rollback plan
If cleanup goes too far:
- Search Card Vault+ history for deleted cards
- Re-export from Board Export+ if you need a fresh file after changes
