Understand product access
How Nikaj entitlements map to dashboard access, checkout, Trello members, and Power-Ups.
Product access on Nikaj is product-specific. Your dashboard shows what is active for your account and linked Trello member.
Access sources
- Paddle subscription — verified webhooks unlock entitlements for eligible product slugs
- Manual / launch / trial grants — override Paddle-sourced access when active
- Catalog status — coming-soon products appear in the catalog but are not sold through checkout
- Trello install — Power-Ups still require installation on each board regardless of billing state
Subject model
Entitlements for Power-Ups resolve against a verified Trello member ID, not a client-provided value. Checkout requires that identity to be linked and verified in the dashboard first.
Dashboard signals
On /dashboard you should see:
- Trello identity connection status
- Active products tied to resolved entitlements
- Paddle subscription status and billing warnings (for example
past_due) - Checkout success messaging after a completed session — access still waits for webhook verification
Multiple products, one account
Board Export+, Card Vault+, and Doc Flow+ each have their own product slug. The Nikaj bundle expands server-side into all three entitlements. One Nikaj login covers billing and dashboard visibility across the catalog.
