When to snapshot
- Before archiving finished lists

- Before handing a board to another team
- Before exporting a final client deliverable with Board Export+
Backup workflow
- Open Card Vault+ on the board.
- Review cards that will change during cleanup.
- Create a snapshot or restore point for the board state you may need later.
- Run cleanup in Trello.
- Use search in Card Vault+ if you need to recover specific cards.
