Overview

Nikaj Systems (nikaj.dev) is operated by Nordin Nikaj, individual developer operating the Nikaj Systems brand at nikaj.dev, Tuzi bb, Podgorica 81206. We collect and process information needed to operate Nikaj accounts, Trello Power-Up access, billing, support, and platform security. Email/password sign-in stores a salted password hash only; GitHub and Google OAuth are also available.

Nikaj Systems is a customer-facing brand operated personally by Nordin Nikaj. It is not a registered company, DOO, or separate legal entity.

Information we collect

• Account profile — name, email address, password authentication metadata when you create a password account, and profile image supplied by GitHub or Google OAuth when used.
• Trello member identity — Trello member ID and username when you connect Trello for entitlement resolution and checkout. Entitlements for paid Power-Ups follow the product's workspace or member plan. Board Export+ is billed per Trello workspace: one subscription covers all boards and members in the selected workspace. Other paid Power-Up plans are billed per verified Trello member identity unless their plan explicitly states otherwise. Confirm the product, workspace or member, price, and renewal period before paying.
• Billing references — Paddle customer ID, subscription ID, price/plan references, and webhook event metadata processed server-side. Payment card details are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
• Support communications — messages and account context you send to support@nikaj.dev.
• Product usage metadata — lightweight site analytics events (for example product page views and navigation clicks) through an optional PostHog integration when enabled. Events are designed to avoid card titles, board names, document content, email addresses, tokens, and secrets.

Trello and Power-Up data

Trello Power-Ups may request board-level permissions during install. What each product reads or writes inside Trello is described in product documentation and during Power-Up onboarding. Nikaj platform pages focus on account access, billing, and entitlement state — not full board content unless a specific product feature requires it and documents that use.

How we use data

• Authenticate you and maintain your Nikaj session.
• Resolve product entitlements and display dashboard access state.
• Create Paddle checkout sessions and process payment confirmations for paid plans.
• Respond to support requests and security incidents.
• Improve site reliability and understand aggregate product usage.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and subprocessors including hosting providers, GitHub/Google for OAuth, Trello for Power-Up identity and install flows, and Paddle for payments, tax, receipts, and subscription management for paid plans.

Retention

We retain account, billing, and entitlement records while your account is active and as needed for billing, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. If you close your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required, except where retention is needed for billing records, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Your choices

You may disconnect OAuth providers from your GitHub or Google account settings and email contact@nikaj.dev to request access, correction, or deletion. We respond to privacy requests within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days.
