Agreement

These terms govern use of Nikaj Systems accounts, the website at nikaj.dev, Trello Power-Ups, documentation, and related services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms.

Service provider: Nordin Nikaj, individual developer operating the Nikaj Systems brand at nikaj.dev, Tuzi bb, Podgorica 81206. Nikaj Systems is a customer-facing brand operated personally by Nordin Nikaj. It is not a registered company, DOO, or separate legal entity.

Accounts

You sign in with email and password, GitHub, or Google. You are responsible for activity under your Nikaj account and for keeping your sign-in credentials and connected provider accounts secure. You must provide accurate contact information needed for billing and support.

Product access and entitlements

Your verified Trello member identity links your Nikaj account to Trello. Board Export+ paid access covers the selected workspace and its members; other products follow the scope stated on their plan. Installing a Power-Up on a Trello board does not by itself grant paid access. Entitlement state is determined server-side from billing webhooks, manual grants, launch access, or legacy records — not from client-side claims or checkout redirect URLs alone.

Billing

Paid subscriptions purchased on Nikaj are sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, receipts, and applicable taxes. Products marked free during launch or beta are not available for paid checkout during that period.

Board Export+ is billed per Trello workspace: one subscription covers all boards and members in the selected workspace. Other paid Power-Up plans are billed per verified Trello member identity unless their plan explicitly states otherwise. Confirm the product, workspace or member, price, and renewal period before paying.

The Paddle seller account, identity verification, and payout details are held under the individual operator's personal legal name. Nikaj Systems is used as the customer-facing product brand only.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for paid orders processed through Paddle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users, scrape or overload systems without permission, or use the products in violation of applicable law or third-party terms (including Trello and OAuth provider policies). We may suspend or terminate access for material violations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected product in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
