Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

Nikaj Systems is a customer-facing brand operated personally by Nordin Nikaj. It is not a registered company, DOO, or separate legal entity.

Paid plans purchased on Nikaj are processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle issues receipts, handles applicable taxes, and provides subscription management through the Paddle customer portal linked from the Nikaj dashboard.

Billing unit

Check the current plans on our pricing page. Board Export+ is billed per Trello workspace: one subscription covers all boards and members in the selected workspace. Other paid Power-Up plans are billed per verified Trello member identity unless their plan explicitly states otherwise. Confirm the product, workspace or member, price, and renewal period before paying.

Refund requests

If a purchase does not match what was described, you were charged in error, or you need help with billing, contact support@nikaj.dev with your Nikaj account email, product name, and Paddle receipt or transaction reference when available.

Refund eligibility follows Paddle's buyer terms and applicable consumer law. Contact us as soon as possible with your receipt or transaction reference so we can review the request with Paddle.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle. Partial or prorated refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or Paddle policy. Chargebacks should be raised through your payment provider or Paddle according to their dispute process.

Cancellations

You can manage or cancel active Paddle subscriptions from the customer portal linked from your dashboard or product billing page. For Board Export+, only the purchaser can manage the workspace subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals according to Paddle subscription terms. Access generally continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Launch and beta access

Products marked free during launch or beta should not charge through Nikaj checkout while that access period is active. If you believe you were charged during a free-access period, contact support with receipt details.

Checkout timing

Board Export+ offers a 14-day trial in Trello without a card. Trial expiry does not charge you automatically. Choosing to subscribe starts paid billing immediately, including if trial time remains. Access is activated after Paddle confirms payment through verified webhooks.
